My only disappointments were the fact an item i ordered was not in stock and you were going to hold the entire order until it came in with no idea when/if that item was coming and I only found out because I inquired about my order. I received this upgrade ro my cutting mat as a Christmas gift from the men in my house. It's a self-healing mat, marked on both sides in inches, and the size is 36x24". It's fairly hefty and will not move around while I'm cutting, yet moves easily enough when I push it around. This is a top grade quilting tool. Highly recommend!

The Onyx 25 is easy to use. The stitches are great no matter what mode you are sewing in. My 9 year old granddaughter can easily set the machine to sew how she wants to. It is light weight but sturdy and quiet to operate. Looking forward to many years of enjoyable sewing. It is a good companion machine to my Baby Lock Allegro, one to use at home and one to travel with.

I ordered this thinking it wasn’t a good idea. But boy was I wrong. Adding two foot looks like this thing doubled in size. It’s not too flimsy, little is to be expected but not nearly as much as you’d think. Mine did come with everything needed, including the leaders and extra Velcro, screws and all the supports needed. I am more than happy. It is simple to add the section, took me about an hour but I was also watching tv and drinking coffee. I believe it was well worth my money.

I love that it’s 40 inches wide with two of them, butted to each other. I don’t have to shift my fabric in order to iron. I can open it up width wide and iron. I’ve had some roll mats in the past that when you put the hot iron on them, they smell bad too. These do not smell bad at all! I love them!

This box is great and the quilt is coming together really easily! My only complaint - if we have to have a complaint, is that my squares are slightly different from the ones shown due to the way my yardage was cut. I’ll still make the right amount of blocks, but the lines are shifted slightly down a couple of the lines.

It started off rough, the needle threader doesn't work, the fork that comes around the feeder stops behind the needle and after you release the threader lever it sticks in the down position and won't go up you have to push it a few times and it finally pops up. So I thread it by hand which is difficult but I get it eventually. I have had it a few weeks but today was my first time setting it up, so I am still learning it but I am very pleased with the Babylock Allego.

I like that the temperature dial is on the front of the handle as my previous iron was inside the handle and I always hit it and would change the temperature without knowing. Machine worked great right out of the box. Bobbin winding and threading of the machine couldn’t have been easier and it makes changing colors of thread so much faster and easier. I love the top load bobbin too because I can see when I need to change bobbins! Love the needle threader too! Works great! Machine is quieter than my Juki TL-2200QVP Mini also, but neither machine is very loud at all! Overall, seems to be a great addition to my sewing room.

I so appreciated my new machine when I needed to make my husband a plaid shirt. Doing the button holes was easier and it was the first garment I made on the machine. Since then I have pieced quilts and quilted gifts for granddaughters and have not exhaust the stitches it can do.
