I love having suggestions for meals along with a grocery list. I love being able to search the recipe index by ingredient so I dont have wasted food in the fridge. I love the vast selection of healthy recipes. My only suggestion would be for the new weeks menu to drop Saturday morning as I shop on Saturday, not Sunday. So I save the weeks suggested menu until the next Saturday when I shop.

I love this magazine, which I’ve been getting for years, previously at the grocery store. One comment is receipes have long list of ingredients which while adding flavor and texture, can be overwhelming for beginners. Personal for me and probably others, I have trouble reading colored text on colored paper. I have AMD and need contrast so I end up skipping some recipes.

I’ve been saving the FOK magazines since their inception. For a beginner, they had many ingredients I had not heard of but a few years later, I committed to myself to make every recipe in this one. So far Apple maple , Cinnamon rolls are my only one. They were loved by everyone at Thanksgiving. The pages look wonderful but many recipes are written in colored ink on colored paper and I have trouble reading 5them.

I love that this course is self-paced as my schedule doesn't allow me to attend a regularly scheduled live course. I'm almost 60% through all the sessions and I'm enjoying it immensely!!! It's a mixture of reading and watching videos. It all serves my learning style. I'm learning A LOT. There is brief testing along the way just to check learning. I'm trying to BREAK my "meat habit". I believe this course will help me do that. In my opinion, this course is worth the cost!

I like all the recipes. However, having diabetes, I would like to have a filter to select only recipes that address this condition. Now, with all nutritional informations for each recipe, it is easier to select but a filter (for example 60gm of net carbohydrates and less) would be amazing.

The flavor is really good. The portion is small. Much smaller than the photos of the food appear on plates. With all the meals, I have to supplement with rice and or a salad and fruit. It's great to have the main part of the meal ready to go when I don't have time to cook. Or don't feel like cooking.

This the first meal I’ve tried and I’m pleasantly surprised! It’s really good - spiced just right - not too salty but just a hint of spice. I probably overcooked it, but that’s on me. Even so, I’m happy and full. For 250 calories (if you count), it makes a hardy lunch.
