I’m mixed. I do love that it is fairly compact and simple to use. I love that it leaves now wires running across the campsite to power it. But I’m frustrated that it requires a special power adapter to recharge! I think it is designed to provide 30v to the Starlink and charges at about 38v. It used the same DC charging plug size that my solar panel uses but the output is mismatched. It would be a relatively simple DC-DC converter that could be mounted internally so that your device accepts...

Don’t expect any customer service after the sale. I bought the battery pack and a solar panel as a package. From day one the solar panel did not work. The control box got so hot. Couldn’t even touch it. I tried to reach out to somebody to talk to him about my solar panel and I got zero response. There’s no way to get a hold of anybody to talk to him if you have any problems.
