Extra needles fine but still getting used to discomfort as v sensitive skin but effect is good . It’s important to let the serum get into the needles so leave container upside down for a while and shake. Have to use GOV every two weeks to maintain skin but it does work!

I have used this twice. I do see a difference. I wish the instructions were more clear. I did what they said, filling the vial, shaking, and leaving it upside down for a few minutes. I had difficulty getting the serum to go through the needles both times. When I completed the treatment I just put the rest of the serum over myentire face. Well I started to apply the serum and I could not get anything to come out. I was a little nervous but eventually the solution started to show in places on my face.
