I've used the product for two weeks and do see a difference in my neck and forehead in particular The product arrived in about 7 days and instructions provided on how to use it. I found it very easy to apply and the needles caused minimal discomfort. I did, however, find the syrum seemed to dry crusty on my face when I applied the full vial the following day.
