not sure it I am using it right. couldn't open the serum bottle - had to use a can opener. not even sure the serum got into my face when using the miconeedling. tried to find videos but the ones I found really didn't help. I will try again though.....

So, I just did my second treatment last night making it a tad over two weeks. I have already noticed improvement in the drooping eyelids which is my primary area of concern but also the minimizing of wrinkles on my forehead and plumper lips.

I was very excited to get my kit of injectables, and look forward to the continued disappearance of my fine lines. The only problem I'm having is getting past the pain of the tiny needles! Also, and I may have missed this, I'm not sure how often you're supposed to use the product. I have seen a slight improvement on the lines on my forehead. I feel the serum does not come out when I use the system. I go over my face two times and still half of the serum remains in the bottle.

I had trouble getting the serum to come out of the needles so I would have to open the bottle and apply it to my face. Videos stated to hold it upside down for 15 minutes, as opposed the the 2 minutes stated in instructions, so I’ll try that next time.

I might be seeing an improvement but nothing anyone else has noticed yet and again its only been 2 weeks and 2 uses. I also experienced difficulty getting the fluid to come out using the needle head and after trying for over 30 minutes, I ended up massaging the majority of the fluid on my face with my fingers. The box I bought only included 2 needle heads with 6 bottle of fluid. Since you recommend the needle head be used only twice, your package doesn't include enough of them.

I have nothing negative to say, it's a nice serum it left my skin nice and soft. The only thing is you get 3 serums but one needle cap, and they say not to reuse the needles cap more than once, so either order another 2 set of needles or clean with alcohol and reuse it🤷🏻‍♀️

I have only used it the once. But so far I like it. I think there needs to be more readily information on how to apply it. Do you tap. Do you press the applicator. Also conflicting information in q&a. Says to stay out of sun for 12 hours in one answer and 24 hours in another.

I have only used this once and my face felt plumper. The down time is a little bit red for 24hrs but this is nothing compared to a week from a salon as I have sensitive skin. I think this is going to be a regular beauty treatment.

It is still early to provide an accurate review, however from what I can see my skin has improved particularly on my forehead with the deep lines noticeably reduced. I think the test will be when people ask me what I have been doing! Happy to review again at this point.

Firstly, the vial needs to be turned upside down for well over 2 minutes in order to get the serum to come out. And it barely comes out with multiple (and I mean, MULTIPLE) stamping passes over the face—which makes it impossible to use the entire vial in one treatment (like the instructions say). One vial has taken me 7 treatments to get through it. That said, I’m a fan of hyaluronic acid serums so I’ll finish using all 4 vials. I would keep researching ways to improve upon the vial top’s stamp ...

Not clear why the 12 pack didn’t come with 12 applicator tips- I guess I was under the impression they were reusable and I’m pretty disappointed in how expensive they are to be able to use the entire shipment. There should be the same amount of applicator tips as there are vials in each package. Also, I feel like the application process was fairly painful, which was not communicated in the reviews. Still waiting to see the results.

Le principe est parfait, je n'ai fait que la moitié du visage pendant 15 jours pour comparer, c'est vrai qu'il y a un changement dans les "creux" maintenant je fais le tout, 3 traitements on m'a fait remarquer que j'avais "bonne mine", j'aurais préféré que l'on m'enlève 10 ans, mais c'est déjà pas mal. Si seulement il existait la même chose pour faire fondre la graisse du visage, mes bajoues n'ont malheureusement pas changées.
