I love it a latte! Great mixed in rice cereal (with berries, nuts, and choccy milk) in the am or on its own in a drink. My fav is adding vanilla creamer and cinnamon. I love that the taste is great and doesn’t taste like mushrooms but I still get all the benefits from the mushrooms.

I thought I would miss coffee more when because of a new medication I needed to cut caffeine out of my daily routine, but I really enjoy my mushroom coffee, but I very much love the mushroom latte! Sometimes I do a half-and-half blend and then I add my favourite oat creamer and my day is off too as good as start as I could have hoped for. The flavour is good and I don’t miss grinding my own beans.

It’s actually been a relief to have found Embeek mushroom coffee. It’s a wonderful product! My wife drinks the latte and I drink coffee, every morning. I have never been a coffee person, it never really did anything for me but I absolutely love Emberk mushroom coffee. It has less caffeine than most coffee but somehow I feel like I have more energy. It’s the only brand I found that uses 6 different kinds of mushrooms.

I ordered the starter kit to wean myself off a dependence solely on coffee and improve my health. The Mushroom Latte became my favourite quickly, maybe because of the novelty of the coconut addition. Both coffees are good and being able to just add boiling water to a mix simplifies a morning routine. Too early to tell health benefits overall but I have seen some surprising things which I will keep an eye on and report later.
