I had a hole to wear in the toes of a pair Willowace alpaca socks because I wear them almost every day. I contacted the company to ask about their warranty policy. They said take a picture so they could review the holes so I took a picture with them on my feet and sent it to them. The company immediately responded back and asked me to send them back to be replaced. I was sent replacement pair in a few days. The company will do what they say they will do.
