I have been searching for a mat that I could grip with bare feet. I’ve gone through mats that cost up to $200. This mat is great for my yoga practice. I was finally able to complete a flow because I wasn’t trying to get a grip with my feet! I noticed it gets slippery toward the last part of hot yoga, but that’s easily fixed. It’s only been a week, but Highly recommend.
