This watch is amazing!So it is accurate for heart rate, stress monitor, and blood oxygen, but the steps are a little off, like I can tease it by moving by arms a little fast (I brushed my hair one time actually and it added for steps) and it adds steps so you can’t really know if by the end of the day your steps on your watch is ligit.

I have purchased several different brands of these jackets and this is the best. I followed the sizing chart and the fit is perfect. I have had the jacket now for over 9 months with no issues. Very comfortable heat source on the cold days and the charging process is quite simple. There is also an option to purchase a longer lasting battery if you wish but the one it came with handles the job as far as I am concerned.

I like the food tracker as well. I found that apps like myfitnesspal and loseit are easier to use but I like that with the Vernier app I can track all my fitness metrics including food intake. The EKG function seems cool but truthfully for most people its really just a novelty. If you have a normal heartbeat then the fitbit will probably just tell you that you're in normal sinus rhythm. If you have heart problems then I dont think you should trust your life with this.
