Arrived really quickly even over Christmas period. So far I’ve used this product once wow it works well you will feel it doing something.
Tips
Look at the vid pics in the add as you may need to change the direction of the knee pads to maximise and isolate the muscles.
The first 10 minutes you maybe fingers and thumbs you can adjust your position and after 10 minutes you can really feel it do its job.
