It’s a very nice serum. I like the addition of other beneficial ingredients along with hyaluronic acid. It is tacky though, but all of those serums are. Personally, i don’t like that feeling and I wash my face after I finish with the treatment. Layering moisturizer on top of the serum helps to eliminate the tackiness.

One question… does the device stop to cool off occasionally? While I’m using it I have noticed it stops lighting up or vibrating so I stop to look at it and then it starts up again. Is that normal? And does it lose battery life if it is not charged after each use? I am hoping for good results. I lost 40 pounds and my jaw got a bit lax.
