I bought and paid for the books on the 13th of October, my first email asking about my delivery was on the 23rd of October, that was answered by a person named Diana who said they were experiencing shipping issues, and that delivery would only be after the 8th of November. All my follow up emails after the 8th of November have been ignored and I still have not received my order. I have been scammed of my money and would not advise anyone to fall for their adverts and buy from this company.

Around the 10th November I received an email saying that the order will be delayed and will be delivered NO LATER than the 20th November which was understandable due to unforeseen circumstances. But until today 12 December I have not received any reply on my emails I have send to Diane and the support team as to when I can expect my order they just went quiet. Honestly wouldn't recommend it. Delayed shipping even when an email was sent to request information a crap 10-12 day response was sent. Over 10-12 days and delivery cannot be confirmed. Refund requested and now no response. Number goes straight to voicemail. Use takealot instead.
