These are fantastic on my functional trainer, as well as for landmine rows. It's a much better feel over the cheapo handles, I feel stronger, and it's more comfortable. The knurling is just right so my hands don't slip, but it's not shredding my skin. I'm so happy with these handles.

The U Clip Smile Handle is the perfect addition to my home gym! These are great for cable machine hammer curls, triceps extensions, and rear delt exercises. These allow you to rotate your forearm when doing hammer curls so that you can also target the short head. And with triceps extensions you can force your elbows closer together and pointing forward by keeping your hands close together.

Nice piece of equipment. I like that it is very small, yet can be used in so many ways. I've used it for landmine work, weighted dips, pullups, squats, and as a kettlebell to cable attachment. It is well designed and constructed, albeit the stainless hex screw/nuts that secure the protective sheathing tend to loosen up. Nothing a dab of lock-tite won't remedy though. Great piece overall, and glad to have it.

The hook in the center is balanced between the top and bottom of the grip - there is metal connecting top and bottom equally to the center cable attachment. Rolling grips + multiple attachment points; this is the most versatile "V" style grip I know of. Nicer than the Rogue in every way. I received a single U-Clip and this bad boy is made very well and sturdy. I was afraid it wouldn’t be wide enough to fit over my safety bars, but it fits perfectly. This will help me to clear up a little more space in my home gym by eliminating a landmine I have attached to a workbench and a stand alone landmine stand. I would highly recommend this product.

I used the u clip for negative pull-ups and found it much better than trying to hold the weight by squeezing my thighs together 😁. I got these because I wanted an upgrade from a cheap pair of plastic handles and also to help with tennis elbow. Using a hammer grip with cable work has helped me considerably with controlling tendon pain but it was awkward with the usual clip on plastic handles. The eyelets on the ends of these handles and the plastic stoppers are perfect for what I need, and these are really well made. Knurling is very nice. Very happy with this purchase!
