I have some complaints regarding this monogram shawl. I like the overall look of the shawl, and the packaging was fine, but I have a concern about the quality. When I wore it, the shawl seemed to echo, as if everything I said bounced back to my ears. I was using my usual inner scarf (anak tudung), so I believe the material of the shawl is the issue.
I hope you can improve this for your upcoming collection because I feel that the quality should match the price 🩵
