I’m almost done with my first bottle and so far I’m giving this a 3. It has definitely helped with digestion and being more “regular” so that’s a plus. I exercise regularly and am on a healthy diet but have yet to notice any fat burning or weight loss. I kind of noticed improved mood the first two weeks but that has tapered down. I do appreciate less bloating and better digestion with natural ingredients, so I will try a second bottle and update my review at the end of that one..
