Ordered my first photobook from Chapters and was really impressed with the quality. Had a couple of issues initially when I downloaded the photos and was adding them to the book. The book did not save and I lost the work. Also I could not properly preview the book once I had finished the design.

Goeie kwaliteit, leuke cover! Het boek is snel gemaakt dankzij de site en je kan daarna nog volledig aanpassen naar jouw zin. Wel aan te raden om het boek te maken op pc en niet op gsm, op gsm werkt de website minder goed. Boek was op 15minuten perfect gemaakt en besteld. Was geleverd binnen de week. Fantastisch!

Lovely gift idea. The only challenge we saw was we happened to have a situation where we uploaded a photo that was meant as a full page but didn’t get warning that it wasn’t high res - as a result it was grainy… (we accidentally took wrong resolution version. Shame as we had a highres version (on some pages we were reminded of that but not on that particular one for some reason)

Although they did apologise in the end, my order took much longer than expected.. 15days instead of 5-7. Nore did i have a tracking or shipping number until a day or so before it arrived, nor get a response to my update emails to customer service until it had already arrived.
