The hanging instructions said there was 3M double sided tape included. However, there was no tape included. There was an additional “family” sign. It appears to be cut backwards. Tore off the protective cover “black” but cannot peel off the “white” side so it reads backwards.

Initially, on the first order, communication was pretty lacking - BUT, it was Christmas time and they may have been very busy. Overall, I like the wall art. My only constructive feedback is that I would not recommend mounting it with some type of heavy duty double stick tape. It does not work well. We got some heavy duty mounting tape as the instructions recommended and the artwork fell off causing tips of trees to snap off. Thank goodness I have a husband who is good at repairing things and he was able to glue them back on and there is little notice where the piece is broke.

Everything went well. The picture wall art is great when I open the cardboard shipping package two of the image on the lake of the trees were broke off, and the tape was torn that held the art to the cardboard, but other than that, everything went well.

Had to be patient with delivery time do to unexpected crisis at company. Shipping packaging could be improved by putting folded cardboard sheet at each end of flat cardboard shipping wrap. Tape at one end split and allowed my wall art to slip out end of packaging causing slight damage to edge at one end. Luckily it was minor and mainly back side was scuffed and rippled sort of. I smoothed back edge out and got it hung and love it.

I couldn't give this a 5 because it did Not come with the 3M double sided tape for easy installation. On the directions, they had blacked it out. Not good business practice. Otherwise, it was just as it appears on site.

When it arrived, it was what I hoped for but not what I expected. Let me explain. It is made out of thick material, not flimsy. Did not bend in shipping. Nice vibrant colors and no sharp edges. I ended up mounting it on tough and grove pine boards before putting on the wall. Looks great, already looking for another one for a future project.
