Well - This was a curious one, but as a small business who care about their customers, it was sorted. My order went to the wrong address - a replacement was sent after I raised this which was really generous - then only 50% of the order arrived - then the rest did. Besides a great product, their customer service is second to none. Ordered a double, son said he was wrong, his bed is a king size. Ordered a kingsize only for him to say he was wrong, he has a super king size 🤪 Honest, almost lost the will to live 😉 But their customer service organised return qr codes for the two toppers that had to be returned and they send me a super king size within the week. Purchased this mattress topper on a whim and I am thrilled! It is super soft and comfy, it really is how I imagine floating on a cloud would feel.
