My wife yet to see result just after 1 box consumed. She followed the consumption guidance, however see no improvement on her constipation.
She will continue the rest of the boxes and let see how it goes. Hope it helps. Is that mean her constipation is severe and need more time?

Sorry to say that after I started taking it, I was just was only getting gas out when there was the urge. Earlier I could clear a bit. But since I started it, I could not get any output. So after 5 days I stopped and took a constipation pill.
