My Bernese Mtn dog was struggling in the back seat of my car using just a blanket over a traditional dog seat sling style cover. The solid surface of this product (that bridges the foot wells) is a game changer for him. He can get in and out of the car more easily, and is way more comfortable and content. I appreciate that the doors are protected also.

This worked perfectly. I used it during a very snowy, slushy month heading to Vermont with my two dogs (60 and 80 lbs). This covered my second row, which has two bucket seats. Doors also protected with clear window space for them to enjoy the view. Moose and Buttercup were happy and comfortable the entire ride. Have to order the step stool for my smaller one, as it prevents the dog from using the floor of the car/truck to get in and out. Don't hesitate! This product is awesome!

I bought this so my dog would have more room in the back seat of my SUV. I drive a Buick Enclave and have captain’s chairs in the back. He was always struggling to find a place to get comfortable. It has been exactly what I needed! It is easy to install, durable, waterproof, and provides plenty of room for him. A couple of issues you should address: - If you install on a seat that has a bottom rake to it the hard panels don't lay flat, they bend in the middle so the bottom is uneven and not stable over the footwell area - You need to either add velcro strips to the underside of the dog bed or some other type of non-slip material so it doesn't move around. The portable stairs replaced a ramp which used for many years with several generations of dogs. So important for injury protection we start them when still puppies. The compactness was the main appeal for us but found that it’s so much easier for our 90 pound English Lab to use. He just walks right up into the tailgate of our SUV. The ramp required a lot more effort. The stairs will be very important as he gets older. Too many stories of dog injuries. Great product!

We replaced a conventional seat sling with this product. We love how it covers the gap from the rear seat to the back of the front seats with a hard bottom. The side door protectors are a nice addition. My only suggestion is to change the metal clips for the more useful plastic snap clips making it much easier to take it off, put it in. All in all a great purchase.
