I’ve had this for a few weeks now & have worn it every day. Approximately a week ago, my bracelet fell off my arm. I noticed the clasp didn’t seem to latch tightly. I contacted Hero Company requesting a replacement clasp and they sent me a whole new bracelet. I just received it today and the clasp seems really tight & clicks in securely.
