While this shirt — more like a sweater — is one of my favorites, I had nothing but trouble and disappointment with my subsequent purchase of the red Lucia Jean jacket, which runs EXTREMELY small. Moreover the buttonholes are stitched closed! This was true on both the size large — which would not button on my usually medium frame — and also on the replacement size extra large. Total waste of money.

This coat came in and it is a very beautiful jacket but I ordered a large and it was more like a small. Everything else I ordered fits, so I just assume this was in an error on your end. I contacted you several times without any contact back, trying to ask if I could return this and get a larger size or the right size that I ordered which was a large Never heard anything back.

I have shared this once already and was very disappointed not to have received a reply.
The shirt in question arrived with the size label ripped out. It is not a men's medium....maybe a small or extra small...too small for me. I washed and tried to stretch but to no avail, I cannot wear it.
Took a month to get here so I was not inclined to return.

The jacket did not appear to be what I ordered at all. Customer service was willing to work with me but it took a week of negotiating back and forth for a partial discount (higher than standard discount) without having to return the item. Although the site has a Northern American address, the return address is in China, making the return cost with tracking number( as requested), very

I live in Australia and it was at considerable cost( exchange rate) that I purchased 2 of your shirts unseen, I would not recommend these without seeing the product first

The shirt material of shirt was actually 95% polyester and only 5% cotton. Look closely at description. This is not what was advertised and the material looks nothing like the picture. The quality is very poor. I made a mistake buying this shirt. Product is not what is advertised. Impossible to return because you have to ship it to China before they will credit your account for a return.

I contacted customer service regarding delivery as this was sent as a gift. It seemed to take too long but was finally received. The recipient of the gift really liked it but was a bit disappointed in the packaging. It came crumbled up in a bag. Your company also does not provide any gift card which was very disappointing. I had to call the person I was sending it to and tell them a gift was on the way. It was not the best experience I had purchasing on line.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a Chinese based company with ZERO customer service where you have to pay your own shipping back to the Chinese factory and get them there within two weeks in order to get a refund or exchange. The items I ordered were small, but they were HUGE and I could not get any real customer service or help and the online instructions were basically YOYO. Sad - cute designs but read the fine print!!
