I could not express how wonderful the FurLife customer service was. I ordered the wrong part, which was delivered, realizing after opening. I contacted FurLife, and they were more than willing to work with me. I have recommended these products to every pet owner I know. I have never liked putting the chemicals directly to my pets' skin, and these products work great. Zeus is a 155lb Italian Mastiff and he has had no issues with fleas and ticks thru this entire season.
