I have 2 Great Pyrenees and live in Central Texas in the country. Ticks and fleas are abundant. Recently, both of my pups started getting ticks. Hasn't been an issue foe 20 years . . . I got my first one last year. Ordered one this year came in sept to wrong address, my mistake not catching it in order. My husband in contact with the new owner of old house but as of yet hadn’t gotten it to us. Have photo proof of delivery. But can’t make someone do if they don’t or won’t. That being said when I get my SSI ck mid month I’ll be ordering another one and contacted you folks to remove the old address. Which in itself is weird cause the first one came to this address. I love that this product has a pleasant smell and no dusty chemicals that shed on my dog's fur! I only had a couple of ticks that I had to remove the entire summer- and I live right next to a wooded sanctuary area where we always have deer in or near our backyard!
