Quality Perfection! A few little stains on a mat or two and on one fence gate piece maybe rust? Most of it came off. The quality of each piece is great! Let’s see how long the pieces last! Thank you for a great first time buyer experience. Super fast shipping super customer service!

Bought this to replace our previous ball pit that broke. INSTANT hit for our pediatric office! Fast shipping and can easily fit 3-4 kids + a therapist. We currently have 1,200 balls inside—enough for the kids to feel like they are "swimming." Pretty sturdy and seems as if it will last much longer than our last one :) We love it!

Great quality and super fast shipping. The foam is super sturdy and the equipment is easy to wipe. I do wish the zippers were hidden. I’m a little afraid they will get dirty and be impossible to clean. But for the price point it’s great

Danielle H.Verified

My son loves these cubes so much. They’re so versatile, he keeps coming up with new ways to play with them. He stacks them and knocks them over, balances on them, and even throws them at people like a dodgeball. They go perfect with his ballpit in his sensory room & are the same durable quality, couldn’t be happier!

Danica G.Verified

I ordered April 19, then it arrived April 25. The box came all ugly and broken. The item isnt damaged at all. It was just quite loose ergo the dents. Love the build, material, and the quality of the velcro and how the velcro is sewed. Im not sure if the bottom is not perfect fit but it holds it together. I have not tried cleaning it yet but i hope itll be easy. So far i love it!

Customer video review of Soft Play - Set-Basic

Diana N.Verified

I am absolutely thrilled with the Pastel Soft Play Set from TQ Furniture! The quality far exceeded my expectations. The colors are beautiful—perfectly soft and muted, exactly as pictured—I use it for my party rental business and my clients love the set too! The foam is dense and resilient. What truly elevated this experience was the customer service provided by Yosvel Viera. I had a small concern about a tiny mark that seemed like it was made by a delivery driver who had made a hole into the box...

Customer photo review of Soft Play - Ball Pit ( 5' x 5' x 18")

Danielle H.Verified

The quality of this was so much better then I expected! The fact my 58lb 6yr old is able to WALK around the edges surprised me. He has autism and is a major sensory seeker — so I purchased this to go in his sensory room and I’m so happy I did as he absolutely loves it. Not to mention it’s big enough for his 13yr old brother to play in with him. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

As a soft play company owner, I am very satisfied with my purchase from Total Quality Furniture! I ordered foam blocks on a Monday, and they were at my door by Wednesday which was really appreciated! The blocks are made with high quality vinyl and I know they will stand the test of play. I plan on buying ball pit balls from them soon!
