The lid never came. I notified them as soon as it was opened as a Xmas presents. They refused to believe me. Ignored my emails. Then emailed me back asking for a statement a photo of myself and home address. I feel threatened by them for asking for such information and would never recommend this company to anyone. In yet to receive a returns address to send the parcel back so I’m still out of pocket. Do not trust this company at all

Hello. I bought the box as a gift. I was a little disappointed because I got a discount with Lovecoins, but it didn't work on the FR website. It would have been cheaper for me in terms of shipping and taxes. I asked why it wasn't working, but didn't get an answer until after I had already ordered. Too late. The box hadn't been used or activated yet.

To be honest, we didn't get past the setup because once we reloaded we need to pay a subscription after already paying £100 for the device itself we understood we are better off paying subscriptions for things we actually need like ChatGPT, Gemini, Netflix.. I can send creative thoughtful messages using AI and send it direct to phone.. the product is interesting but price-value is a mismatch
