Does this look right? One of the poorest quality counterfeits I’ve run across. Company support is zero help. Will only provide support if you pay for return shipping on an unopened package. How would I know THIS was waiting for me until I opened the package. Absolutely SCAM. Beware.

This labubu was advertised as guaranteed to be 100% authentic from Popmart… It is in fact a lafufu everything is wrong from the paint being off to the feet being wonky. Even the QR code is reading to the wrong website. If it seems to be too good to be true it probably is and sadly a hard lesson was learned by me 🤦🏼‍♀️.

It’s fake and I’m still trying to get you to respond for a refund. The QR code scanned as checked to many times and first scanned in China for months before the Big Into Energy series was even released by PopMart. Can’t get much faker than that.

This is the condition that my wife’s came in. Other than being completely damaged, the one she opened is not real. We have a PopMart account and have authentic Labubus from the Take a Seat and Macaron series and there is no possibility in comparison that these are real. I have not even bothered to open my package which is also smashed and we have both requested a refund.

The order was shipped in soft packaging, the blind boxes were badly damaged. The boxes were crushed. Both top and bottom of blind boxes were opened and crushed upon arrival. I can’t give them as gifts. I haven’t even opened them past the blind boxes. I’m so disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

These are not authentic - hands are falling off - eyes are not aligned and one is bigger than the other - head spins around. Poor knock offs.

Only received 3 of the six ordered. Will have to contact customer service. Who knows how long that will take?

All of the 3 boxes are all opened and dirty. Requested refund and the requirement is all boxes must be unopened. It’s totally ridiculous. Don’t use this company

Never came, reached out several times to email, was sent to California instead of Virginia where I live. Disappointed

Packed poorly. All boxes came damaged. Will be embarrassing to give these as gifts
