The jig is made well. I would say your customer service surpasses the product. Don’t get me wrong, I like your product but customer service is so lacking these days. Please don’t lose the customer service. About the only improvement would be to have a custom fit router plate that fits tight to the inside of the jig.

I loved the casting mold's shape, thickness, and depth. I poured my own template using your mold to create a dozen different wine holder caddys. Some were staked horizontally, others vertically like a cutting board, and one as a wood and resin hybrid style.

Awesome mold, the larger ones dont last as long as the smaller molds. Probably due to more volume of epoxy creating more heat.

Requires some finishing around the edges due to a raised lip of epoxy. A bit of a struggling not scratching the finished product to get a smooth edge. If a solution please advise. I would like to not have to do a full sanding to keep the finished cure shine. Thx

I had a few issues with bubbles and had to sand and do a second coat. There is nothing wrong with the product. I placed alternating walnut and maple pieces in the recesses. It left places for air.....

This router sled is really solid and well built. Setup was easy and the detailed YouTube video made it super simple. I'm impressed with the stability and rigidity of the bars. I expected some bend when making deeper cuts but it remained true and level. If I had any suggestions for future developments, it would be cool to have a 4 point leveling system, so that one could raise or lower each corner of the jig rails to the wood, rather than having to shim the slab itself. Just a thought.

There should be some sort of male female connection so there is a smooth ride when the sled crosses the junction. I was able to get the connection close but can't quite get it perfect. I was not sure this would work but it works great. I needed to be able to make the table base, which I make, perfectly flat. So I cut a hole in the router table and now can cut the base to the right height I need. I can still router the table top to get that flat too
