I tried making my own molds and using molds from retail craft stores, but I just wasn’t satisfied. My measurements were never quite right and the molds were too flimsy. This mold is sturdy and durable and it’s easy to get the piece out when the epoxy has set.

Have. Ot used it yet, but looks and feels well made. I would not drill thru the holes, over time those holes will get bigger. I will just use them to make a mark to know where to screw in the feet. My guess is that is how it was intended to be used. No instructions came with it.

I had to wait over a month to try my new mold but oh I’m so VERY VERY happy with it. I’ve bought 2 other molds only to be so disappointed because of advertising saying shiny on all sides only for them to be matted finish on the sides. This is a memorial cross someone ask my to do from flowers from her sister in laws funeral. I had to wait for the flowers to dry that’s why it to do long to get back in touch with y’all. These are so easy to use and pull out of the mold so smoothly! Recommend getting syringes to make it easier to add/remove epoxy from individual squares to prevent spilling over colors. Quicker cure epoxy works great since each square and then the flooded back are fairly thin so it saves SO much time!

Definitely better than what I could’ve made on my own and I don’t do this enough to justify the fancy one. Works great - I cut some rails that I clamp to my workspace and then slide it along those. This means that the 1” / 2” / 3” portion of it is unnecessary because I always just leave it at 1” but that still serves a function as it blocks the slide from sliding off the rail. Because it’s polyethylene it slides along the rails very smoothly.

I purchased a jig from another company. However, it only allowed for a max cutting board length of 16". Yours allowed for the 24" board I built. Assembly and setup was only a few minutes. Square the corners, clamp add spacer boards [ used 2" spacers ] snd done.

For my small router I wanted a table I could hang off my table saw and share the fence. Built this and it came out great. Bolted to the side of the saw and notched out the plywood to rest on the frame, and it's super solid. Just flip the fence around to use the saw. Only cautionary note is the flyer saying it might last 20-30 uses with care?
