Ordered a custom phone case for my Samsung 23+ and it came printed differently than my mock up. Talked to Casemogul, they fixed it and sent me a new one that was perfect. The only issue I have is the phone won't charge on any charging pads I have so I'll probably end up ordering a case that'll work better.

The case was delivered in a timely fashion. The case itself was very good but my complaint is the the silicon buttons were so very hard to push and get the phone to register that push. I thought it would soften over time but I got so frustrated I went and bought a different new case from a competitor that has buttons that very easily work on both left and right sides of my iPhone 11. Your “case” I liked the buttons were a major pain to the point where I replaced your case in about 10 days.
