Hoping it is working. Too early to tell I think.

Love the concept, seems to not be working for me:( still have excessive hair fall. This was my last hope on trying to help maintain the hair left of my head but unfortunately made no difference for me.

It is too soon to really tell if it right for me but I do seem to be a bit calmer

I find it hard to have each day as it needs to be mixed into a drink. I work in childcare and can only have water with me throughout the day

As yet, I haven't noticed any results but am hopeful I will start to see something soon. Whilst the packaging of each capsule is suitable for the compost, I would still prefer it if all the capsules were in one container. Easier to remember to take and less 'waste'.
