I love this rip stick my only issue is once going in with it I have popped two small bands already and they seem to lose tightness alil fast this is how I popped them I believe..I made sure not to over stretch. Overall great product just need the bands to stay tighter & last longer

Ever since I started using the rip sticks I have been sore, which is always a good thing. I’m about to take a trip with my wife and plan on bringing my rip sticks 💪🏽. This is only the beginning so I plan on making it apart of my life especially since I have some shoulder pain when I bench press. I want to see if I can get rid of my pain. I’m 53 and plan on rip stickin’ the rest of my life!!

Let’s just say -I’ll be using this more. Before and after workouts or as a workout. My kids can even use it. This here is great -I’ve had 2 surgeries on my elbow and hand. A small hiccup with process and delivery but I received two sets of great manufactured items. You see the pvc being set in the commercial and you might be put off to think homemade as in not quality. You would be happily mistaken, polished and packaged I knew of something similar from Harlem NY circa 2001 However these are much better and the video guided workouts are a great benefit.
