The Olympic-Class Liner build was nice to and seeing some of the different rooms was cool to, though there were a part I was missing from all 3 of them was a Reddish brown 1 by 3 plate with studs on part 267, but I use other parts from the other sets and they were on the inside and not exterior. I love lake freighters, and I am impressed by how realistic the ship looks, because many official Lego kits look cheap and unattractive. I was able to do the front and back sections of the ship, but there were a few pieces missing for the middle section. I emailed Histobrick about the issue, and the next day they wrote back saying they would ship the missing pieces. We ordered this as a Christmas present. The instructions and packaging were as described. The instructions were understandable. And if you made a mistake, you know it right away. He got about 1/2 way through the build, and realized he was missing pieces. The set was missing about 15 pieces. So he couldn't go any further. Very beautiful! I loved the attention to details. This model has some loose parts, and the stern kept falling off so I had to glue it, but I’m sure that I am at fault here. This is a really hard kit, but it is my second histobrick kit so I can understand why, I did mess up some steps but I fixed them. And I really love the option to build her as she appeared pre war and during WWI. I also made it so that I can just easily switch it to pre war and WWI without having to disassemble the entire ship...

The Mauretania is the second model I’ve purchased from Histobrick and I love it. I particularly like the way that the superstructure looks on this one. The model features a somewhat unique bow which some people have expressed discontent with, I however think it looks excellent in person. It’s also been noted by others that the bridge section of the model is not a perfect 1:1 with the actual Mauretania, but I’d say it’s close enough for the scale they’re going for. I was super excited about this set and it was delightful. This build perfectly captures the unique shape of Cunard’s first turbine liner in all her glory, her livery designed to match the colors she wore on her fateful final voyage in 1915. Instructions are well written and easy to follow, the bamboo box looks great and makes for a fine display stand afterwards. Printed parts are numerous and add nicely to her detail, from the printed bridge windows to the nameplates on her bow. The model itself...
