My boots arrived and I was super excited but as soon as I got them out of the box I knew they were way too big. I usually take a US 8 in most shoes but the size was way off. Sadly, I have to return them and wait for new ones. Can't wait, really want to wear them.

These are graphically gorgeous. They have little support for arches but that can be fixed with inserts. I wish they had hooks instead of holes for the top two lace holes. I just wrap around and tie though and that works.

I still can't get on the website to track my order, nor have you replied to my emails asking how it is being shipped. Through UPS? Through USPS? Obviously not through Fedex. In 3 days, it will be an entire month since I ordered this product and still have not received it.
