Was a little upset when I received my shacker because it had no lid but come to find out it was my mistake but when I contacted chefwear Essentials with no hesitation they informed me that they would be sending me a lid. Very quick response and excellent customer service. I will buy you from here again

I already had one of these, this one was sent to my daughter as we make a lot of soup from left over meat, roast, steaks, ham, chicken and hamburger meat and this item makes about 5 gallons, love it as it is heavy enough to heat and cook slowly and not have to worry about burning or sticking, thank you.
