I love the nail stickers however I don’t believe they are good for your nails or help them grow. When I remove the stickers they often pull my nail off with it leaving my nails more damaged than they were pre application. Yes I am removing them as directed and using cuticle oil. I find I need to leave the stickers off for a few weeks in between to help my nails grow stronger which defeats the purpose of me using them.
