So easy to apply! I gave my nails a quick file and cleaned using the alcohol wipes, chose the gellae nail size for each of my fingers, peeled off the polish and stuck them to my nails Then I used the included stick to push down the edges and curedy nails twice. Tidied up the edges and voila! Salon standard manicure! I’ve had so many compliments about my nails and it’s nice to have them looking pretty again!

I personally change mine weekly because I am remodeling the house and also work on my car at times so they dont last much longer than that for me, but they would definitely last longer if I wasnt.
