I have been a nail biter my whole life. I used the clear gellae so it wasnt so obvious how bad my nails were to start and now they have grown so much that Im constantly filing them back. My nails have always been on the thin side so even with nail hardener etc made it hard to grow. Having gellae on them give them that bit more strength and my nails havent been damaged at all. Much better than going into a salon as I can do it anytime even if its to fix one up, its so easy.

So far so good! Put these clear ones on a week ago and still not showing any signs of lifting. As someone that rips and bites my nails these have been perfect to help me grow my nails. Easy enough to apply, I did cure them twice cause they felt a bit soft, but loved that I did not have to file away the top of my nail for them to stick. Once they're a good length excited to try the colours.
