This is my first experience with tufting. I'm fortunate that after a couple disappointments with amazon and the tufting guns on there, that I was directed to Tuftlove.com to get my actual "first" gun there. Not one issue since I've been using this gun. I love that it is lighter than most guns and the quality is great. I suggest anyone new or professional. to get a tufting gun from this company.

I LOVE this gun! I decided to share the first rug I made with the spider! I have had some janky Amazon tufting guns in the past and they never hold up. I now have several Spider Tufting Guns and I am so happy with them. I even had some trouble with one, and the customer service was amazing! They emailed me, talked with me over the phone, and offered to talk me through solving it! Tuft Love is just the best!

I’ve had my tufting gun from Tuft-Love going on 3 years now. I recently had my first issue ever, & the gun wasn’t working properly. I reached out to the owner via Fb messenger & within 10 minutes he diagnosed my problem, sent me a custom video to replace a part, & my gun was working perfectly again. I’ve been tufting rugs for a few months using an Amazon bought tufting gun but man it was driving me absolutely insane. I really thought I was the problem lol but I didn’t go a day without hearing about this brand and gun so I finally took the plunge and invested in it and I couldn’t be happier! The gun is fantastic, and customer service is outstanding! I just got off the phone with them after a mishap with the machine and after I spent hours trying to fix it on my own. One ten minute phone call later and I'm back up and running! They even gave me a plan to check on it while I'm working and keep them updated if there are any further issues. So much fun! I love going to new art classes and this might be the coolest one I’ve done! I love my rug (it’s not shaved in this pic so it’ll look even better once it’s done) and Zoom & Geoff are the best teachers and great people!! And the best part is that part of the profits from our class goes to support survivors of gender-based violence in South Africa! Making a unique rug and getting to support a super cool cause?
