I have been struggling to sleep in the morning since I work graveyard. I searched online what would be the best help for me to get good rest even atleast sleeping for few hours. Normal pa rin ang pamumuhay ko dahil sa Procosa! Senior citizen na po ako at marami nang dinaramdam dahil sa rayuma ng katandaan.
