I make and sell a high end product for the motion picture industry,I bought this for my work. The machine showed up in a wooden crate and within one hour I had it assembled and engraving metal parts. This 60w laser is lightning fast and burns bright marks on anodized aluminum quickly. they look great. I hope I can get several good years of service out of this product.

This unit was very well packed in wooden case and a box. There is a after-sale service which is helpful for everyone and more advanced users alike! The laser itself works great so far! The controller allows you to use this laser with Lightburn. The extra perk there is you can run as many instances of Lightburn your computer can handle and run as many different settings as you want!

Often I am afraid to buy the least expensive example of something, because usually the quality suffers and you end up with a bad experience and buying the much more expensive version. So I asked someone, he recommend Cloudray to me. I bought the Co2 laser. It is more than I expectation. It did wonderful job. I'd recommend to buy 2 extra glasses. This engraver is so cool that you're going to want to show your friends!

I researched fiber lasers for a few years and came to the correct conclusion that Cloudray was the best place to by from. they answered the few questions that I had and very promptly shipped my machine. No issues with the app running on an laptop and running the machine. Assembly is a bit beyond easy to me, as you need to properly tension drive belts and properly route and connect wires. Good part: I got a bundle with metal cards. I have never used such a nice laser machine before.

This is an amazing laser engraver. It looks pretty better than other comparably priced models. The upgraded galvo heads are hassle free and works well. arrived without any damage and their after-sales response quickly and supportive. With a little fiddling around, this is an okay entry level option.

I spoke to a sale rep and had them customize the machine with 20mm head and 6x beam expander for finer detail. The machine seemed to be packed quite well. Make sure you have your EIN number if you're importing to the states. This is so awesome. The quality is great, it’s easy to use but you have to follow the steps and please adhere to the safety directions and comments especially if you’re a beginner. This is my second engraver (I’m just above beginner now) and it’s 10x better than my previous engraver. The precision is amazing and it’s super smooth.
