Just got my 5W-P UV laser. Great customer service. The laser was well packaged came in a small crate weighing 150lbs. Easy to setup, take your time. Remember to twist & pull the big red emergency stop button or the laser won't power on.

As a recommendation, because this laser beam is strong enough to engrave different materials, it should be in a well-ventlated area, in an enclosure to help move the smoke and or fumes to a safe area or use and fumes and smoke extractor to help keep the air in the area cleaner. Above all the Cloudray is an awesome laser to work with and brings out creativity with endless possibilities.
