If you are inclined to have laughing deep lines and/or you are a side/face down sleeper something like these stickers is a good idea to prevent creases from becoming deeper. I must say that I'm not very good at keeping a beauty regimen. I think if I am better at using the patches on a regular basis I would have better results as I noticed a slight difference after one use! After two the deep lines on my forehead started to diminish.
