Not a quality product at all. After being given the run around for nearly 2 months on when the product would ship I still had high hopes. The waver does not heat up well and barely makes any waves in the hair. I was also promised a free clutch for my patience while they took forever to ship out the product but that never showed up. Don't waste your time or money.

I was so excited for my wand to arrive but was instantly disappointed and knew I wasted my money. Within 10 minutes all of my waves came out, even when trying to get them to hold with hair spray. I could have spent $20 at walmart for the same quality. I would NOT recommend

I saw a lot of good reviews about this curler And was very excited to try it but I noticed that it wasn’t heating up as much as I’d like I think I might’ve had one that was defective because it doesn’t get nearly as hot as any other styling product that I’ve ever used. I was very excited to try but now I’m just stuck with something that doesn’t work.

The results did not look anything like the pictures!!! I have found cheaper tools in store that worked better. I order this product in January and didn’t receive till almost May, very disappointed!!

the mermaid hair waver was okay, it did not wave my hair no matter what products i used and didn’t use. the tool is too heavy and the outside obviously heats up also which caused me to burn my shoulder. i tried a few times to see it the outcome would be different but i did not have the best experience sadly

Was very excited to receive this product but not overly impressed. I find it more time consuming than using a hair wand or curling iron since you have to hold it down for atleast 15-20 seconds to see a decent result, even when using small sections. Also find that even on max temp I do not get results as good as when I use my wand at 370°.

It was just ok. The first one that was sent to me was faulty but the customer service was great getting me a new one in a few days. However, this review is for the product. I didn't think that the waves looked all that different from normal wavers on the market (e.g., bedhead etc.), and plus unless you have super healthy hair, after a few hours, your hair does start to look frizzy with the waves.
