Unbelievable service contacted to say one of my bottles was working the spray nozzle wasn't spraying asked for a video so they could help rectify the issue. Unfortunately there was nothing g that could be done they immediately sent a replacement that I recieved a couple of days later. I absolute love these diffusers!! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered them.. The smell is identical to the perfume and lasts forever!! It doesn’t fade, stays as strong as the day you opened it until it’s done..and even after there is no liquid left I can still smell it when I walk in the door! I have them in my living room, hall and bedroom.

I purchased 3 sample bottles no27, inspired by Lady Millions, no31, inspired by Eternity and no472, inspired by Seychelles and I love them all. They smell great and I will definitely be ordering bigger bottles soon. My only gripe is, I wish the inspired name was in the label of the perfume and not just the number as I had to keep looking at the recipe to see which number was what.
I am still a happy customer and have recommended The Essence Vault to my friends. 😃

Smell just like the ones they are a dupe of. They don't last quite as long as the originals but they do last a long time and even longer when sprayed onto your clothing (do this from a distance so you don't mark clothing ) . Great mister leaves my room smelling lovely and my plants love the mist in the air. The light is a soothing glow that you can higher to a full lamp like glow. We prefer the dimmer muted glow. Very easy to set up and use. We have an old dog of 14 who is not as pleasant smelling as he used to be and this has helped keep my living smelling fresh.
