My original order was missing one of the bracelets that I was to receive free (e.g., the 1 free if you buy 2 deal; I bought 4, so should have received 6). I contacted Doug of customer service. He apologized, no questions asked, and said he would get me the missing bracelet. Frankly, I doubted if I would ever hear from the company again . . . BUT . . . in three days the missing bracelet appeared. Not the kind of attention one gets from most companies!
