The color wasn't exactly like the picture. The picture shows some pink and there was none in my bracelet. I wish you didn't have to scan the QR code every time you want to track the turtle.

My daughter specifically asked for this and was so happy to receive it! The only thing we were disappointed with is the fact that it is all the same turtle, we were hoping to track three separate turtle. Also the web page to track the turtle is very tricky for myself to use let along my 6 year old. I would love to see this on an app that is much easier to navigate.

My original order was missing one of the bracelets that I was to receive free (e.g., the 1 free if you buy 2 deal; I bought 4, so should have received 6). I contacted Doug of customer service. He apologized, no questions asked, and said he would get me the missing bracelet. Frankly, I doubted if I would ever hear from the company again . . . BUT . . . in three days the missing bracelet appeared. Not the kind of attention one gets from most companies!
