Living in Charleston, SC sea turtles are a way of life ! They have a program where you can adopt a sea turtle nest at one of our beaches which we did for our 8 year old grandaughter. She will be thrilled that Santa brought her a bracelet where she can track a turtle! Who knows --- maybe its one of the 109 hatchlings from her nest!

I have long considered the sea turtle to be my spirit animal. Recently I ran across the cover of Life magazine issued on the day I was born, February 8, 1954. The cover photo depicts a mother sea turtle returning to the sea, after laying her eggs in the sand. Coincidence? Maybe. I now have a copy of that magazine framed in my home.

This is a gift for a friend who swam with the turtles when she had a vacation in Hawaii and it was something she always remembered and cherished. My mother in law started giving me turtles 🐢 about 10 years ago and she gives me a few at least 4 times per year. I now have a large family of turtles. This one is going on the dash of the van that we have to take me out to my doctors appointments and back and forth to MD Anderson Cancer Center Hospital in Houston Texas. I love the idea of being able to track turtles and thought it would be a nice gift. I bought two and got a third one free. I was not able to select the third one and unfortunately, I would never have chosen the one I received. It was a braided one in colors I never wear. I would have preferred a duplicate of either of the ones I selected. Is it possible to exchange it for another one? Beyond that I received my order very quickly and securely. Thank you.

I loved the bracelet. I bought them for my Marine Biology class so they could track the turtles. I purchased 11 of them and as we tracking we found that there were only 3 turtles to track. We also do not have use of our cell phones during the day, so if you could add the website for the tracking and not just the QR code, that would be helpful.
