I’ve tried many products before and not had the success I’ve had with Weem. I also have been taking Mary Ruth’s liquid Multi Vitamin so I can’t give 100% credit. But the two together have really increased hair growth, reduced shedding, and filled in new baby hairs. Nails are also not as thin. They taste amazing!

I really like this product a lot. I had really weak nails that chipped very easily and would break easily as well. One little piece of advice, like a lot of supplements, these take about a month of regular use to show any results, so if you don't see anything with your first bottle, do give them a chance with another before you fully decide if they are a good fit for you or not and make sure you are taking them as directed without missing doses if you can.
