I haven’t noticed new hair growth but there is less hair fall. I take it 3 x’s a day because I took folic acid 3 x’s a day when using a prescription from my rheumatologist to counter my medication. I had also cut back on fish oil and I increased that as well. Hopefully all of this helps. It’s really hard on women because it’s not socially acceptable.

My nails are growing stronger and quicker. So far they seem to be splitting less but I’m still on my first bottle. Shipping took forever! I had to notify the company after three weeks and then it came shortly afterwards. I haven’t noticed any other changes yet. I don’t think they taste good at all! Tolerable but definitely not good. Unless they make my hair grow or I see some massive changes I probably won’t order again.

I have taken other hair vitamins in the past, but these are my favorite. My hair and nails grow like crazy, my hair is so soft. May have other health issues going on, one is my weight.
